Our home inspection experience with House to Home Inspections went really smooth. I was easily able to schedule the inspection and then when I arrived with 5 of my family members, our inspector Nick, didn't seem phased at all. He engaged my dad in small talk and showed us how things worked. I received a copy of the inspection report to my email just a few hours later and we were able to submit the list of items to seller right away. I really appreciate the time and effort that went into my inspection, especially since I saved over $5,000 on repairs that were found. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY from this business. We had them inspect a home we purchased and after we closed on it we needed to have several things addressed that were not on the inspection report due to negligence on the business's part. We found 2 major state code violations that were not caught by the inspector in what should have been his routine inspection of the home. (2 other inspectors we spoke to after stated this is routine and should have been caught) When we approached House to Home Inspectors about what they were going to do to rectify the fact that we had to fix something they should have caught - "Oh well you should have done that before you bought the house.." We are now out $500 in costs to bring the home back up to code and so we don't have the issue kill us in our sleep. This business touts they are great but they swindle you. Stay away!!!
