We are the cheese and custard coursing through the heart of Brookfield! Since 1993, we’ve been dishing up jumbo burgers, grilled chicken clubs, fish sandwiches, patty melts, BLTs, and more loaded up with fresh toppings on a soft bakery bun. Our side dishes, from cheddar cheese curds and chive fries to onion rings, are crowd favorites! Our frozen custard is made fresh throughout the day.
