We had our bank statements,etc mailed from the Brookfield, CT to our Florida location. My daughter purchased one of your document mailers, put 15 pieces of mail into it, and paid $7.02 to mail it on Friday , Feb 10th. It arrived Monday Feb 14th opened and empty of our mail. Our local Florida post office put a stamp on it stating "received in damaged condition". This is theft and worst, Identity theft. We have tried to call the Brookfield office, spoke to "Wes" and phone hung up and never re-picked up. This is very serious to us and a criminal offense. It is sad that we are unable to trust the US Postal Service!
