Founded in 1974, The Alachua County Organization for Rural Needs Inc. (ACORN) offers a full range of primary and preventive health services including pediatric care, gynecology, chronic illness management, social services and health education. Located in Brooker, Fla., it provides low-cost medical and dental care to low-income families and qualifying residents living in rural north central Florida. The company is a modern full service facility with six dental chairs and a two chair oral surgery suite. The Alachua County Organization for Rural Needs Inc. (ACORN) serves residents of Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Union and other counties in North Central Florida.
