Horrible service. And lying on the customers,the customer in a very bad situation between the dispatcher and the driver .both of them lying ..I missed my appointment time and also went home after missing my appointment very late and they just asking you to be patient until your day is lost..not recommend and I wish if I know a superviser to. Make a complain but it seem to be not responsible company

AWFUL!!! First time I called, the driver picked me up really late and the second time around, not only did the driver never showed up but the OWNER gave me his personal number to reassure he would get me a ride on my way back and still nothing. I waited 2 hours with my little boy and no driver ever came. Every time I would call either the owner or the driver would say that they were 10 minutes or less away and NEVER showed up. 2 hours waiting. Seriously I will never again call that useless company and I really don't recommend it to anyone. I don't think anyone wants to wait over 2 hours for a taxi, specially in a rough weather or in any circumstances and with a little boy. Never again!!!

Every time I call for a taxi from this company, it never arrives. The radio dispatcher will say "2 minutes" and never comes. I called back to inquire about the status of the taxi, puts me on hold and then tells me "sorry we have nothing". Very upsetting. This is not the first occurrence. I guess I finally learned my lesson.
