I went to this place on Saturday, November 26, 2016 to have my DMV inspection done. When i arrived there was only one guy who could do the inspections. I waited for about 20 minutes for the guy to come. As i was waiting, other customers had arrived for i assume the same reason - because they all had to wait for the same mechanic. The mechanic removed one of my tires to complete the inspection, and my car was done within a few minutes and $37 later. The very next day, a rainy day, while traveling on the highway to get to work, i noticed that my car was hard to steer as well as my brakes were not efficiently stopping my car. On my way home that night, i noticed a loud noise coming from my undercarriage. Fearing that my car was not safe to drive, i left it parked until a friend of mine could come and ck it out the next day. Upon our observation, it was noticed that the tire that was removed (left front tire) for my inspection, NONE of the lug nuts were tightened!!! my tire was completely loose and this was causing the issues. All of the lug nuts were loose to the point that upon touching the tire, 2 lug nuts fell off. Thank goodness nothing serious happened while i was driving my car and my friend was able to tighten the lug nuts with a power tool, however i will NEVER bring my car here again even for the simplest of things.

Very poor customer service and very poor workmanship. Went in for a simple job and car came out worst than before. Quacks!
