Tosca Cafe is a restaurant and bar that specializes in Italian cuisine. Its appetizers include tuna, salmon with sesame ginger sauce, yellowtail, sashimi ceviche and naruto cucumber wraps. Honestly, I live in the neighborhood and see the clowns that come in and out of this place so I kept my distance. One of my friends goes there from time to time and says its nice. I just got back home and wanted to catch up with here and went here. Friday late afternoon, not to crazy, the first floor by the glass was relaxing the staff was attentive and the appetizers were good. I honestly recommend get fish or pasta because they really don't seem to do well with steaks. I ordered their aged sirloin and had to basically remarinate it with A-1. I order out from time to time and their shrimp scampi, penne, and eggplant park was good.

I really like their Toscana salad with a generous portion of real crab meat and shrimp. It is my favorite salad. The steak was surprisingly really good. Being a steak conneseaur, I've tried the best steak NY has to offer and this is up there with the best. The outdoor patio sets a really nice ambiance and the wine list is impressive. I enjoyed my experience here, time and again. The weekend brunch is like nothing else. A bit of everything along with the unlimited mimosa's. Can't go wrong! Now I'd like to try the rooftop BBQ before it gets too cold.

this restaurant have a good ambiance/atmosphere. the menu is so pricey for the amount of food they serve. If you have a big apetite, you have to make sure you order the apetizers/then do 3 course meals, the amount of food is not fit for an adult.
