At 7:45 PM I realized I had left a $70 pr.of new Ray Ban's in a purse I had returned 10:00 that morning. I had put the wrapped glasses in the purse to protect them from breaking, as I was planning to return them as well. I was franticly trying to explain my predicament, knowing that the chances of the bag still being in the store, with the glasses still inside, was highly unlikely. None the less they told me they would check if anyone had turned them in. Meanwhile another young lady got on the phone & I again frantically told my story. She was so sympathetic & said she would go to the floor to search herself. I left her my # knowing in my heart the chances were slim.Minutes later she called & told me the wrapped glasses were disguised as packing paper in the bag.You really had to dig down to see it...& that's just what SHAEIKA ALLEN did. She went out of her way for me, something I find rare today..someone willing to go the extra distance! Thank you Shaeika. Exemplary employee, I really do appreciate what you did for me! Koodos to you!
