December 2nd 2013 they lost a set of 4 monogrammed towels. 1 Floor mat,and 1 pair of booty slippers. What I did get back was half my laundry and baby clothes.(underwear, socks, shirts, and sheets). I returned the baby clothes and told them about my missing items. Not only did I pay for the full load as the bill before doing the laundry, $26.00, but they then say that there was only 2 towels and not 4. They said I have 2 towels at home. I told them that we spent almost $200.00 for this set of towels and they said towels do not cost that much. They were rude and offered me only $20.00 and then they came up to $30.00 which would cover half of what I paid for and the missing floor mat and the booties. What about something for my monogrammed towels. Are they not worth something. We buy expensive towels and sheets from Bloomingdale's and while I don't expect the full amount but a little something more than $30.00. I am or was a good customer and I spend almost $1300.00 a year. Now they have lost me for $50.00. That is the way they do business. In my business when we make a mistake we make good for it and not bargain with the customer and offer an insulting amount.
