My wife brought an envelope into Riverdale Graphics which she needed sent via FedEx to Argentina and Riverdale Graphics charged my wife $100.49. Two weeks later my wife received a bill from FedEx for $61.36 and went to speak the owner of Riverdale Graphics about the "double billing". The owner promised her that he'd take care of the problem and when we called FedEx 1/2 hour later my wife's account had just been credited $61.36. So, not only had Riverdale Graphics charged my wife a ridiculously high markup of 63.8%, but he hadn't even paid FedEx until my wife questioned him about the charge.FedEx told us that their "sister agents" can charge whatever they want, but a profit of 63.8% is clearly a rip-off. My wife and I have decided that we will not shop Riverdale Graphics again and we suggest you do the same.
