I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST AGAIN!!!!! I ordered flowers for my mom online, my card was immediately charged and received my confirmation that her flowers would be received Friday 2/13/2015 as of 2/14/2015 the flowers still have not been delivered. I purposely requested the day before Valentine's Day to be delivered because of the busy valentines day. I tried calling them to confirm my delivery and no one answers the phone!!!! Who runs a business like this? I can't even confirm if my flowers would ever be delivered and had I known I would have order from another florist! People please beware that this is not a reliable florist and I don't do business with people who can't answer their customers. SHAME ON RAINBOW FLORIST!!!!! Finally had a friend stop in around 6:00 pm on 2/14 to find out about my order being that I live so far and he was told that my flowers will be delivered today.......guess what it's 8:30 pm and still no delivery. To top it off they are now closed! FYI -I only checked one star because I had to in order to get my review posted! THEY GET 0 STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER!!!!!Very angry customer!!!!
