very bad, unreliable, rude. had to wait for more than two hours for the car, and the dispatcher kept lying that the car would be there in 15 minutes. do not use this company under any circumstances!!!

Terrible service. My sister called and made a reservation for pickup (this was so that our mother could get to her medical appointment) on September 5, and the dispatcher confirmed. The appointment was to take place the following day. However, when my sister called again the morning of the appointment, they said no reservation had been made... Then they promised a 1pm pickup... And with no driver showing up in approximately the 2 hours we were waiting for the vehicle.

They wont let me give themm a zero star rating. F' them. Never ever ever call them and give them your business. They come late to pick up my grandmother for her day out to her house, then come 3hrs and 25 minutes late to bring her back. We just getting her back this second from a 7pm pickup. Don't answer there phone, transfers you to another number that doesn't pick up. And don't answer the "10" voicemails we gave to them or the email.
