P.S. X199 - The Shakespeare School is a coeducational institution that offers educational services to more than 800 students in prekindergarten through grade five. It is affiliated with The New York City Department of Education and is a part of New York City Geographic District 15. P.S. X199 - The Shakespeare School conducts graphic arts, test preparation, and literacy and mathematics enrichment classes. The school maintains after-school theater, art, dance and chorus clubs and boys and girls basketball teams. Located in Bronx, N.Y., P.S. X199 - The Shakespeare School has a parent-teacher association that supports teachers and students by funding field trips, incentives and other special projects.
