I think most young adults live above their means when they first start working and have access to increasingly larger credit lines. That was my situation. I earned an above average salary, but was still paying for debt that was 10+ years old. As a single woman, keeping up with payments wasn't a problem. As a single mother, suffice to say I couldn't keep up with my minimum monthly payments AND provide for my daughter and myself. I went to the office of Mr. David Brodman and it was like he was a long time friend. He listened to my situation. Took notes. Offered advise and cheered me up when I was at my bleakest with magic tricks (literally) that brought a smile to my face. For the first time, the possibility of digging myself out of debt was on the horizon. Mr. Brodman was clear and honest. I hired Mr. Brodman to handle a personal matter for me, after explaining my situation to him he made me feel at ease by telling me how it was going to be handled and what I should expect. David Brodman is an excellent bankruptcy/ consolidation of debt attorney. He is extremely articulate, smart and he knows the law. He has helped me twice regarding the consolidation of my debts. He is very reasonable as far as what he charges, and he will do right by you. I highly recommend David Brodman, he has reasonable fees and provided flexible appointments during evening and weekend hours. Mr. Brodman was in constant communication with me concerning my Bankruptcy case. I would recommend David Brodman in regards to handling any bankruptcy cases. Upon meeting him one would say he can't possibly handled all his cases in a timely fashion due to the fact that there is only Mr. Brodman and his secretary. Mr.Brodman filed my papers on time as well as follow up with calls informing of the classes and mostly importantly the court date. Thanks Mr.Brodman for a job well done.

I was able to get rid of my debts with the help of David Brodman. I will greatly recomend him.
I would recommend David Brodman over and over. He took the time to explain everything about the divorce, I was never left in the dark. Mr. Brodman's fees are the best in New York!! His assistant Janissa is exceptional. If anyone needs a good attorney, David Brodman is the person I would use.
