LOVE Love this store, its the best kept secret in the bronx! The salespeople are very professional, the manager knows so much about style and decoration rather than just selling me a piece of sofa, He is Fabulous!! He reminds me of Kim Karadashian in male version, such a doll! He got me to buy this GORGEOUS RED leather sofa!!! I love it! love it! love it!!

Store is nicely kept, the salespeople are very friendly, and the manager is adorable. They handled business very professionally. I got my furniture in good condition w/o any problems I used to be a customer of Bob's and their business is a joke!

I was very impressed to the service of the manager from this store. My mother purchased a whole alot of set in the beginning of april and the salesperson had it on "hold" till she's ready to have it delivered. She called up on april 21'st to schedule a delivery but the salesperson told her it wont be delivered till MAY! We thought we got into bait and switch activity not till we spoke to the manager who displayed professionalism and empathy. He had promised to do his best to have it delivered this week.. and today, was the most happiest day! We finally getting the set this saturday!! w/o any hassle! Theres more reason for us to come back and recommend to our friends! Thank you!

I bought a beautiful black section set at this location. The guy who helped me, i think he is the manager, was very patient and knowledgeable. The store looks like in a new management very worth going!

I love the energy of the sales people, they talk to you like a friend not like a customer. It looks like Jennifer Convertibles changed the look and the forefront people of the company.

The cons is very few choices on display vs. what you see on the website. The pro a very helpful and attentive manager, he will walk you through products and work with you. A female sales person who is at times somewhat friendly.
