To save your self from unnecessary headache DON'T USE...I repeat DON'T USE this fake company. I rate this company with a Negative (-) Star. I needed a towing service from Oklahoma City to NY and contacted them for service. I spoke and dealt with a Phill (Owner/Customer Service/Operator/Broker) and at first he sounded and acted professional and even guaranteed a prompt service. However, After I provided him with my credit card info for the security deposit, his true colors were revealed. I was smart enough though to cancel the service when he started to give the "round around" which caused me extra fees in storage. Elite Auto Carriers Do not even own any towing vehicle; It is a 100% brokerage company. I requested a refund of my security deposit and twenty (20) days later still no refund. According the law they have up to 30 days to issue a refund. I'm still waiting for that 30 day windows so a credit can be processed by my credit card company through a dispute claim.

Don't waste your time or money with this Elite Auto Carriers! They could never confirm a carrier for me so I ended up having to terminate my contract. Was able to get Door-to-Door to do the same job (and actually return a phone call) for $65 less than Elite Auto. The worst part is that I'm still waiting for my $150 refund for my deposit. The contract, and everyone over there I've spoken to, agree I'm entitled to it. But they can't get their act together to follow-through. A hassle and terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
