They listen to your needs first and give solutions that are in your best interest in mind. All appointments are timely and they assist with insurance as well, which saves me so much stress and headache. Cannot recommend this eye care center enough.

Incompetent - at the tune of close to $700.00 - two supposed optometrist and neither could accurately figure out a trifocal (progressive) prescription. The optician's job was equally inferior not to mention he unprofessional and unethical -actually refused to correct the entire prescription error. Prior prescription on the old pair was read so many times over that my glass was scratched. Was instead told to keep moving the frame so as to compensate for the lack of proper visibility. One posing as a manager said: "doctors don't make mistakes." Initially the tint requested for were not provided and was actually told that I needed to take the glasses as they were (without them being cut to fit properly in the frame which weren't even ready for pick up the first time I went). Denied my having asked for the tint. Was never called for pick up waited 21/2 weeks more the second time. I'm indicating 1 star only to be able to submit this review but in reality they are not even a 1/4 star.
