I recently had my daughter's ears pierced here. I saw another review that the place has excellent customer service and a friend said it was clean. When I walked in the woman who was to do the piercing was on the phone and didn't even make eye contact. She walked over with an attitude and when I asked about the metal in earrings used (ie nickel) she yelled at me sayung, "I don't know what kind of metal is in there!" My daughter was a little afraid of the woman so she cried and that woman had a mean face the whole time. Afterward she said, "something is wrong with your daughter. That is the first time I've had someone cry." My daughter didn't cry because of the piercing, it was the unfriendly woman's fault. Two stars just because I'm nice. If you don't mind being talked down to, by all means go to this place, otherwise find another.
