If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam. Charlie is a true POS. We wanted to resurface a tub from the 1930's and we called a few companies about the work. This was the first to respond and we felt that since they hustled we should let them do the job. That was the first MISTAKES of many. My wife was pregnant at the time and we were ASSURED that they would bring their own ventilation equipment and we "wouldn't smell a thing". Well the employee arrived and stated his fan wouldn't fit the window. Mind you our window is a standard bathroom window and we were a bit perplexed that they didn't have any actual ventilation equipment other than a window fan. At this point we just wanted to get the work done so we let the worker proceed. The entire house smelled like the enamel for a good 4 days after. It was the middle of December and we had to leave the windows open for hours at a time. The actual work looked okay, but the application as a bit pebbly. Honestly I was fine with it as long as it held up. It started to show signs of wear after 6 months. We were given a ONE year warranty but good luck with that one. Charlie is insistent that the chips and bubbling are "man made" which completely baffles meas this is our spare tub. Its only been used a handful of times. Charlie the gentleman that he is, blocked my wife's phone number. She was very respectful in her first discussions with him and they said to send pics and that they would get back to us. We tried to contact him several times and after a dozen calls he finally picked up and said to "call him on Monday as that is the ONLY day he discusses repairs" . Well after several calls on Monday we finely called with my cell phone. Amazing he picked up right away with no issues. Obviously as soon as she mentioned repair his demeanor changed and he was very combative. To make maters worse, we paid cash. They advised that they preferred cash but in our haste we forgot to ask for a receipt from the worker. The worker also didn't speak very good English so I am not sure if it would have even been possible. Charlie is calling my wife and myself liars and pretending he didn't do the work while simultaneously also stating that the issues are man made. We will be bringing this issue up to the NY Attorney General for deceptive trade practices. If any others would like to join in please let me know. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

Just got my tub and walls reglazed in white, very happy. Guys came between the 2 hour window they told me. Wish I knew about refinishing years ago.! Thank you , All Boro Refinishing.

Beware do not use this company! I had my bathtub reglazed what A horrible job ! I could have done a better job myself ... drips everywhere and the guy that showed up was very foolish not to mention the owner was so mean after I called to him to send someone back

I spoke with Charlie, he was helpful and answered all my questions. The day of the job the guys came on time. The job looked great when they were done. I would recommend this company.
