I Drive for the company Agape Luxury. i don't know where to start with all the issues that this company has. As a driver there is no support when it comes to the stand or the owner of the company. In the orientation the Owner speaks of the company so highly, come to find out as time goes on that many scams and favoritism happens inside the company. They tell us that we have to bid for our routes to pick up passengers which isn't always easy but find out that his family has routes assigned to them which are all well paid! They started to take a commission from every route thats given to you plus a base fee every week. The support that drivers get is horrible. They created a phone line only for drivers but no one ever answers. They make you feel like your time isn't valuable, which is very upsetting when you might last over an hour without a ride. if a customer tries and contact the regular customer service line they can wait on hold for 20 to to 30 Minutes. The way that the operations in Agape are being handle are very poorly. If we as drivers call the regular line because the driver line isn't active they get upset and tell us they can't help us work which i find incredible due to the fact that drivers are what keeps that company running. In the company no one knows whats happening or how to relay a message. You leave a message for someone and they never get back to you. I find it incredible the lack of customer service they allow their employees to show to drivers. if you need anything you will have to go to the Bronx where the Office is located to take care of any issue you might have. Even if the issue can be taken care of over the phone, the time wasted won't be worth it. This company has good contracts that if you work long hours you might make money. They do not pay cancelations which they get a lot which you have to always confirm. Customer service does a very poor job at that and would make you go to a pick up when customer probably called and cancelled. A lot of time can be wasted going to a pick up location and with traffic. They have Flat fees for rides so a $20 Ride can take you 25 minutes or 1 hour minus there commission.
