I know how you feel about being ripped off because the one at 217-83 Hempstead Ave. in Queens Village did the same to me. $2,825.30 Charged for supposedly Rebuilt Trans and kept car from 6-7 to 6-22 and still didn't repair it. And to make matters worse, broke rear light lens cover, car smelled like gas, and they loan customers' cars to other customers. Also make employees lie about things allegedly said to cover being responsible for Damages to your car. Stay away from this one for sure. Due in Smalls Claims Court in January because refuses to give me my money unless I sign a Waiver releasing them from accountability for Damages to my car. Go figure that one.Better Business Bureau was willing to mediate until they found out about the Damages to my car.

I broke down out of state and the staff at AAMCO of the Bronx went out of their way to accomodate me and get me back on the road. I highly recommed this AAMCO and anyone else to go to an AAMCO for prompt reliable service.

I dropped off my car early this week, picked it up today. The service was fast, the guys were really knowledgable, and price was very reasonable. Always nice to find a trustworthy mechanic...

They are one of the biggest ripoffs around. List price for parts they get and rip you off on the service. When you bring your car their be prepared to get it right in the rear end. They dip deep in your pocket. ripped me off for oygen sensors.Three for the tune of 900 dollars.
