Takes forever for work they send out to come back. Never contact you when it comes back and they never return phone calls, even if you manage to leave a message with a human being, not an answering machine, asking them to. What they repair in their office goes back to being useless almost immediately. Everyone is very charming and "nice" to deal with, if that's all you're there for.
