General Info
Jennifer Thompson, owner of Facchianos, was born in NYC, and moved to Oklahoma after marrying a Tulsa Firefighter. Jennifer studied Fashion Design in NYC, and London, she's worked in bridal and decided that was her passion. While looking for a gown, and working at some Tulsa Bridal Shops, she realized area bridal shops in Tulsa did not treat brides special. She ordered her gown at Kleinfelds, the store made famous by the show "Say Yes to the Dress". Facchiano is her maternal grandmothers maiden name.

Provided by YP.comWith being absolutely frazzled about finding the perfect dress for my granddaughters wedding on April 13th, and going to every store I could think of that would carry bridal and prom and cocktail dresses, I found Faccianos. As soon as I walked in the door I felt very comfortable. I was greeted warmly by Stephanie, who is the owner. I told her I was asked to wear a silver or grey cocktail length dress, and needed it by the 11th to take to Oklahoma City. She calmed me down and showed me some lovely dresses. She told me she could order it for me in my size and I would have it by this week. I tried on four dresses and picked one in particular. I came back the next morning to make sure the dress I chose was the right one. I am glad I did as I chose a different one. I wore the proper under clothing and I also brought the shoes I would be wearing. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am. The dress arrived in three days and I took it to the alteration person Stephanie suggested. I will be picking it up next Tues. and will be walking down the aisle at my granddaughters wedding on Friday feeling like a princess.
Thank you everyone. You made me very very happy. Thank you. Carol Stahl

Provided by YPmobileMy experience here was very smooth and stress free. Every employee that helped me was friendly and unlike other bridal shops, they give you personal attention at your appointments for trying on dresses. I tried on bridal gowns at other shops around the Tulsa area and none offered the level of service that Facchianos did. Great job!

Provided by YP.comMothers beware! I do not recommend ordering anything because if you are lucky it may be okay but if it isn't okay, you will be very unhappy!
I learned the hard way that unlike department stores, major chains, another bridal shop in town, or even online sales, all sales at this particular store are considered final and without recourse (unless you think to pay by credit card and dispute charge) if you are dissatisfied.
Because my daughter-in-law and her mother bought dresses at Facchianos for my son's wedding, I decided to shop there for a mother's dress for another one of my son's upcoming weddings. I specified a neutral color as I did not want to introduce a new color scheme. Kay was very helpful when I tried on dresses and I selected one that had to be ordered from a catalogue. There were no color swatches available so I was given another dress in the store to try on for color and I was told the dress I was ordering would be that color so we took pictures and sent them to our son's fiance. I paid for the dress in full up front which, in hind site, I do not recommend at all.
The dress arrived in about a month and, unfortunately, instead of being the silver shown in the catalogue and like the one I tried on, is more of a light dusty blue (we have pictures if there is any doubt). Two other girls in the shop recited the store policy as, "Leave the dress and forfeit your money ($300.00) or take the dress but then agreed to call the company since the dress was not as pictured in the catalogue and they told me to leave the dress. I emailed the owner of the store, Jennifer and her email responses (that I have saved) were very disheartening and not customer oriented. She offered no solutions or alternatives and even threatened me with slander if I posted a review on social media.
I have not been back to Facchianos but did go to David's Bridal in Tulsa and check out their return/exchange policy and get another dress that was in stock, the perfect color, and even less expensive.
This customer ordered a silver dress from our store. The dress was ordered in silver. When the dress arrived and was checked in it was looked over and it was indeed silver. She was called and came to try it on and then was trying to convince my employees it was blue. She admitted to me she knew about color dye lots in her threatening email to me and that no dress is exactly the the same color especially when it is a different fabric. She tried on a dark silver dress in our store that was not the final dress she chose so that would not be the color of her dress. She ordered silver we delivered sliver, she said it was blue?? I as the owner knows by looking at it that it was silver. The company called it silver. It is positively silver. I suspect she bought another dress and was trying to get out of this one. She didn't like our store policy of All Sales Final which is the policy all over the United States when purchasing Wedding attire. She signed our contract and we clearly read her our store policy before completing the purchase. If we as a store took her payment and didn't order the dress or ordered her let's say a red dress we would be wrong. We ordered her what she asked for and did our job. That is the best we could do and we have the utmost integrity and have always tried to do our best for our customers. The day after this review was posted, the husband came to pick up the dress, he wouldn't sign our dress release form, since the wife was the one who ordered the dress, so we couldn't release the dress. He calls the police out to my store, two uniformed police come in and ask to see the dress. I go get the dress show it to them and their exact words were almost in unison "We thought we were going to see a blue dress??" Both police officers said it was silver! The police had him sign the release then he took the dress. The moral of the story is the dress was Silver!

Provided by YP.comI had tuxedos here two weeks ago for my wedding and they were great! The girls at Facchianos measured all the guys and when some tuxes the week of needed adjusting they did it right away with no problem. This store is number one in my book.
Thank you we take care of the guys as well as the girls here at Facchianos!!

Provided by YPmobileThis place is really great! The girls who work there all remembered me every time I came in, which was a lot. It was so refreshing to go to a store where they are so helpful. When I told them I don't like strapless they made my dress with sleeves. Amazing is all I can say.

Provided by YP.comThis is the place to go! Got my dress there it was a Maggie Sottero and my tuxes, the whole time everyone was very nice and I picked my dress over a year before my wedding. They were helpful with matching the colors of my guys tuxes to my girls dresses. I loved being a Facchianos bride.

Provided by YP.comHad an absolutely terrible experience with this so-called group of "professionals". The tuxedos they provided for my daughter's wedding were filthy and they refused to even tailor them. The staff was rude rude rude! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
Everyone at that wedding including the groom said the tuxedos were great when they were all returned on Monday. The reason you are mad and putting false posts all over the internet is because you called us at 4:40 on Friday the day before the wedding, to complain about a tux having a problem, we told you to bring it in right away to be fixed before close at 6PM, you stated you were too busy and wanted it fixed on Saturday the day of the wedding. That would not have been possible and when I, the owner, told you that you hung up on me and started posting lies on the internet. You could have resolved the problem by just bringing the tuxedo in, you had an hour and twenty minutes to get there from your house which was 8 miles away by Google directions. Anyone that comes into Facchianos will find us to have the best customer service, and best tuxedo fit, as well as a great staff, they will just have to see for themselves.

Provided by YP.comThere is no where better in Tulsa to buy your gown! Trust me, I went everywhere and was disappointed with the bad attitudes and discontent of other bridal stores. Jennifer at Facchianos made my wedding perfect. She helped me find my dress and even delivered it the day of. You girls are awesome!

Provided by YP.comThis place is so incredible, from the time they greeted me at the door I knew it was where I would find my gown. They helped me narrow down to the perfect gown on my first visit. They also helped in picking my bridesmaid dresses and matched tuxedos right in the store. They have everything you could want and more. All I can say is they are wonderful.

Provided by YP.comThey seem extremely helpful and kind up front. Then once they have you that goes out the window! My friend got her dress there and also got all of her bridesmaids dresses there. I am one of the bridesmaids and I am very disappointed in them. They ordered my dress way to big charged me extra and then told me when it came in there was no way they could've gone smaller. Yet I could take the dress on and off with out unzipping it and completely turn it around! They told me that every dress you buy has to be altered so what does it matter if it is that big. So unhappy with them. I am getting married this year and I went elsewhere and I am really happy with them!
Jess, This is the owner of Facchianos, the reason we ordered you a plus size is because your waist was measured at 47", I am a plus size also so I know it can be surprizing the number the dress says. Your measurements were in the plus size range, it may have been bigger in your bust but it was because your bust measured smaller than that particular size. When you fall into that range there is an additional charge, that is from the manufacturer, and that is everywhere you shop. Only about 10% of girls that come in do not need alterations, most do. Alterations are the same cost if you take in 1 inch or 3 inches, so you probably did need some alterations done. We are always pleasant to all of our customers and try hard to help. Sizing is not a complete science and we can only get as close as we can considering you did not fit exactly into any of the sizes, these gowns are not custom made but that is what alterations can do for the fit of the dress. I know your bride and I do know that she did not like our long train bag, but I spoke with her about all of her concerns that very day and didn't realize she was not happy at the end of it, but we do the best we can with all of our brides and try to make all weddings special. All of our brides normally love us and we try to go over and beyond all their expectations.
