I would not put any one I care about there! I worked there almost 3yrs. I would have to tell the residents the kitchen only allows one serving of juice. Even if they asked for it! The 2 aides there have to wait tables give meds, do the dishes, clean apts, the building, do activities. Answer the door & phone, take msgs while the sales manager would sit on her bottom! Dress & change residents with only 2 aides to do all of this so u tell me how much care does your loved one get from the aides? They are lonely & depressed. Most families trust the fact we are trained professionals. But w/out time for them its sad & we can't love them the way caregivers want. Within 3 yrs that i worked there most of the time there was no nurse! When there was they would have some reason to fire them! When there is a nurse she/he would be there only during the day. Same with the director & other staff members so it would be down to 2 Caregivers @ night to tackle all the tasks! So the company can save $!!
