Mike B. was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. He not only diagnosed the issue quickly but showed me "hands on" what the issue was and provided several options to ensure I considered the most cost effective solution.

This review pertains as much to the technician as it does the company itself. Both were of the utmost of professional, curteous and friendly. As I type this another Air Assurance team is banging around in my crawlspace doing duct repair. Everything has been nothing more than as promised and top notch. There is one caveat...HOLY COW this is freaking expensive. The A/C repair, after I looked up the parts used came in at about 200 dollars per man hour and the duct work will be just shy of that. High standards should have a high price but there is a reasonable level and we a on the edge of breaching that one. On the next 100+ degree day if I can hang meat in here then I will calm down.

Great customer service, took care of me same day and the technician was professional, courteous, took the time to explain the issue to me and fixed everything (including getting a part delivered) in a quick and timely manner. Great experience!

I strongly recommend Air Assurance! They were recommended to me when we purchased a home last November. We purchased their service agreement and have used it twice for after hours service. The quality of the service we received was excellent. The people who came out and fixed our equipment after hours were extremely professional and fixed the problem very quickly. They are awesome!!

We would recommend Air Assurance! Whether it's seasonal maintenance or help, we've got a problem, we receive prompt, courteous assistance from a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient technician. They're on time, they know their jobs, and they explain everything they're going to do. We're happy!

Air Assurance has been my HVAC provider for several years. In all these years, Air Assurance has always responded to any and all problems in a rapid and professional manner. Sometimes the time of day and/or the weather were not accommodating, but they were always here. I have been very pleased with the professional manner and knowledge of their HVAC technicians. I use their Extended Service Protection (ESP) plan. For several years this has provided me with annual service on my heat and air units plus parts/labor discounts, warranties and several other benefits. I always request service technician "Steve Erwin" for my services. He is a very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough professional. I always have confidence in my HVAC unit with the changing of the seasons. I would recommend Air Assurance to anyone who needs an excellent HVAC provider !! Bob Huntington

We thought we had a leaking hot water tank and called Air Assurance based on local radio station ads and great reviews on Angie's List. We sent an email late at night and were called early the next morning to schedule an appointment. The plumber (Chris W) arrived promptly & fixed the problem (not the hat water tank). The entire experience with Air Assurance was excellent. We will definitely use them again.
