They helped me from start to finish and it was actually easier than I could have imagined. I will admit that I was a little worried at first since this was the first time I had filed an insurance claim on my home. It seemed like such a daunting task to undertake, fearing that my rates would go up or they would drop my coverage or any other number of horror stories I could imagine. I had no idea that my roofing contractor would help me through the process from the time my adjuster came out, all the way until I was 100% happy with the finished product. They made it much easier on me, and kept in touch regardless of what step in the process they were working on, which gave me great peace of mind. They did leave some of the torn off shingles in the back yard, but they came out about 20 mintues after I called and let them know they missed them when cleaning up. I have already had several of my neighbors call and set up appointments for their free inspection, especially since their referral program pays ME when their roof is finished.
