I have never written a review before about a business because I believe that business try the best they can. BUT this is the exception. I gave my business to this store for 2 washing machines for which there was a misunderstanding about a 3% service charge if you used a credit card. I called to discuss and was rudely hung up on twice, and was cursed at about the charge. He said he doesn't want to be bothered over a stupid $20 charge. I felt it was the principle and I am outraged that a person who deals with the public could be so rude. My sugestion to anyone who needs appliances to go to Best Buy where the price is the same and no fee for using a credit card.
I discovered this place 2 years ago and have returned numerous times as a happy costumer. I got a great price on a brand new fridge and stove that just had a little side nick on them barley noticable. I recomded friends and family to it and i go on ocassions and pick up few pieces. Their customer service and politness is simply great and they are eager to assist.
I read the review and thought I would give them a try since Home Advisor recommended this company. But when I called I was hung up on while in the middle saying hello, attempting to see if their company would be able to service my dishwasher. I would not recommend a company that doesn't give the common courtesy to find out why you are calling or if they can help you before they decide to disconnect the line.
BEWARE.....THIS GUY IS A SHYSTER, BIG TIME.....$85.00 A SERVICE CALL PLUS PARTS WHICH HE HIKES UP 50% & THEN ANOTHER $80.00 AN HOUR TO REPAIR..HE DON'T TELL YOU THAT RIGHT UP FRONT, THO....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & CALL SOMEONE ELSE...HE DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO GIVE SOMETHING TO RATE HIS BUSINESS....

I am a single mom of 3 kids. I don't have much extra money. I went to Ralph's appliance plus in Brodheadsville to get a washer. I would recommend Ralph's to anyone. Thanks Ralph

i am very happy with the service i received from this business..they came out to my home and fixed my washer..i have also purchased several used applainces from them..they are very good at what they do..
