I wrote the review about Rich and John. I would like to give 5 stars to Bill the general manager who contacted me and informed me that was not how he does business. Bill was considerate, respectful and above all sincere. Bill is what this business needs to succeed!

worse salesman i have ever experienced. Called Richard the manager and toldl him about his salesman john and was told have a nice day and hung up on! They lost a $42000 sale because of their attitudes. Won't be in business too long!

A number of years ago our car's back brakes locked up just outside this dealership. We got it into their bay where they told us there was a lot of damage and it would cost between $1100 and $1200 to repair. We explained the issue to our regular mechanic who said to get it out of that place. We had it towed to our mechanic who fixed the problem for under $100. The tow cost $60. We saved almost $1000 by avoiding theiri service department.

Absolutely no idea the sales team is incompetant the after sales service (so called) team has no idea about cars or electric, I purchased a vehicle developed electrical fault was charged for labor even though they could not fix it some 600 dollars later still had an electrical fault. Told take the car to the manufacturer they have the tools. Instead of that I took the car to my daughters friend young guy but turns out he knows more than the service team at brodheadsville chevy i thank him very much for fixing it indeed. oh i guess he had the tools (more like the know how) If you want to buy a car take a look at their expertise in the service shop and judge the sales team very carefully.

Kept me waiting for FIVE hours (I was 7 months pregnant) before telling ME which vehicle I could test drive. It didnt matter that it wasnt a vehicle I wanted, infact i wasnt allowed to test ANY other vehicle aside from the car that they said was the only one. Needless to say I've never been treated SO unfairly ANYWHERE. Wont be returning, nor recommending this dealer to anyone.
