I've been here twice. Food is great, hibachi chefs are a lot of fun. But the 2nd time I went for the tasting menu --- they only offer one kind of salad, one kind of appetizer, 3 different entrees, and 2 desserts. So much for tasting. Also for the price it comes with one cocktail each person, yet we were charged for one drink and had to have it taken off the bill. The waitress didn't know what she was doing and kept going back and forth to the manager to ask questions. Food was good, but not worth the headache of dealing with someone who doesn't understand English very well.

My boyfriend and I went to Yamato on Friday the first week they opened. The hibachi we got was amazing. They put on a great show, we were laughing the whole time and the food was great. For appetizers we each got spicy sushi rolls and those were excellent. The following Monday we were in the area and thought to stop by, again, since it was such a great experience. This time we sat at the sushi bar. It was great; you got to see all the amazing dishes go by to see what you wanted for next time. Again, we got spicy tuna but, tried two other rolls and they were incredible. Carlos and Leo were excellent. They were so, nice and made incredible sushi. We'll be going there as much as we can.
