• Workers Compensation
  Bernard J. Mulholland is a principal in the firm of Ford, Mulholland & Moran, P.C. He was, for twelve years prior to forming his own firm, an associate with the law offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc. He is a member of and past chairman of the Workers' Compensation Subcommittee of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and of the Plymouth County Bar Association.

  After his admission to the Massachusetts bar in 1970, he practiced law at a Boston law firm from 1971 to 1974, where he gained extensive experience as a trial attorney in workers' compensation and personal injury law suits.
