Waited for months for a cup holder for my 09 Titan... Brought my truck in originally for a fuel gauge recall and they scratched the side of my truck that only had 8000 miles on it. Not only that but they told me I had to have 1/4 tank of gas. They wanted me to drive around wasting 80.00 worth of gas... What do they do if a fuel pump needs to be replaced and it comes in on a flatbed?! Not much confiedence in the service guys.. Only brought it there for convienence..

Horrible service. We were given a quote we could afford, waited for over an hour to get our final numbers, and then they spring a quote on us, many dollars over what we agree and "found" an interest rate, marked up several points over the bank's buy rate. Very, very dishonest people, and answers that were so dishonest, they couldn't even look at you, let alone say goodbye or thank you or anything when we left the other night. The doc fees are over 300.00 and they explain that it's to keep our paper work safe!!! What a joke. I wouldn't do business with them if they gave me a car. It's too bad they help to reiterate the fact that many car sales people are out for themselves, not the customer. Nissan 24 is a prime example of that.
