Operational since 1978, Lifetime Assistance is an ISO 9001:2000-certified organization that serves more than 1,800 people with developmental disabilities. It offers clinical services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mental retardation and neurological impairments. The organization provides various day care, vocational and residential services. Lifetime Assistance s recreational services include baseball games, bowling, basketball, swimming, ice cream socials, dances, movies, picnics and bingo. Its family support services include parenting education and social activities. The organization additionally provides a variety of outsourcing, classified shredding and catering services. Lifetime Assistance employs service coordinators who offer person-centered planning, crisis intervention assistance, and connection to medical services and psychological counseling. It operates in over 50 locations throughout the United States.
