The doctors at Mountain Health Center are wonderful, but the receptionist leaves a certain something to be desired. I have rarely met someone so openly rude and unfriendly to clients as the receptionist at Mountain Health Center. I have, at times, put off scheduling appointments simply because it involves engaging with this woman. I am not alone. Everyone I have spoken to that goes to Mountain Health Center has had the same feedback. To summarize, if you can get through dealing with the receptionist, you will find some of the best doctors in the state. They are truly knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, and they listen to your concerns and find approaches to medical intervention that fit a variety of lifestyles.

Great doctors, terrible receptionist! Each and every doctor at Mount Health Center has a wonderful bedside manner. The receptionist is a different story. She is beyond unfriendly. I am thinking of changing practices simply because of her constant bad attitude.
