      The owner of The Twisted Scissor is a very sweet, talented stylist and nail tech. The place is always busy. She did my daughter's hair and makeup for her wedding as well as hair and makeup for the wedding party. She goes above and beyond for her clientele. Thanks to the owner and all her staff for their hard work.
