General Info

Dr. Obuekwe is a board certified family medicine physician, licensed in the states of Virginia and Tennessee. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She obtained her medical degree from University of Nigeria and completed a family residency program at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica, New York. She has worked as a Primary Care Physician in a community health care center and as an Urgent Care Physician. In addition to her office practice, she works on a part time basis as a Hospitalist at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She relocated to Bristol about 5 years ago and has completely fallen in love with the Tricity region. Away from the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, going to church and spending time with her family
