Volunteer Animal Clinic is a small veterinary office that offers to help you with wellness, prevention and treatment of diseases of your pets. They also offer small animals’ surgery and dentistry. With the help of their friendly, established and helpful staff, they are open 6 days a week. Emergency services are also available.

After reading the reviews I must say that the ONLY one that says something positive of the office staff is in all caps, this is a false review. I have done business with them for a long time and years before that with another company... Dr. Presnell is an amazing Vet, hands down. He, however, has lost my business for good due to his office staff.. Namely, his daughter. That's who that is ya'll are complaining about. She is cold and uncaring and can't even hide the fact she doesn't even try. She has a chip on her shoulder and thinks she is a Vet b/c her dad is. The staff in the back are beyond awesome and so is the other lady who works with her.... His only problem is her and I've seen them get less and less busy since she's come on board. I'm sure it will continue to do this until she's either gone or daddy gets her in the back and away from his customers.
Dr. Presnell is awesome. Office staff, not so awesome; they need some customer service training
