      When ordering anything from this store, like countertops, make sure that you stay on top of the order. I ordered countertops from this store and a month later, I still never received my countertops. An apology was not even offered by the manager and I wasn't given an explanation as to why my order did not arrive in the 3 week window that was promised. The lack of an explanation and the lack of an apology just confirmed that I will never shop at this store or at Lowe's again. I would rather pay a higher price to the smaller business or to Home Depot, than to shop at Lowe's again.
