I took my car for two tires. I had to take my car back twice due to my tire sensor coming on after tires installed. They said my tire needed air twice. lol. I ended up taking my car to JR's on State St. to have it fixed. All Lakeway said was, "have a nice day".

I took my vehicle to Lakeway after taking it to several other so call "mechanic" shops including the DEALER!! None of the other shops could figure out the problem with my vehicle, but the technicians at Lakeway figured it out with in a matter of HOURS. There staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I will take all of my vehicles back to Lakeway for all of there repairs, oil services and etc. They are simply the best shop that I have ever been to.

Seemed to be good, fairly quick service except they called several times with "I think...the 'such and such' needs to be replaced" and when auto repair is not cheap, you want someone to say FOR SURE what the problem is and that after fixing it, there wont be another "I think.."

Not recommended. Will not fix problems brought to their attention, denies computer analysis of engine codes. Does not listen to customers on what problems they want to have fixed.
