Great customer service... All of my options were discussed with me in full and the whole process was much easier than I expected. I do wish they had a Sunday drop off area, but the prices are reasonable enough that an extra day did not break the bank.

All Enterprise locations operate the same. They all are after the all mighty dollar. Beware of the all the extras the try to intimidate you into buying. You will find this out after you have paid the bill. Too bad insurance companies dont deal with better car rentals they may be a bit more expensive,, but you can never replace quality with horrible customer service and make it alright. I would recommend Hertz, Avis, Budget..Disregard National/Alamo/Enterprise they dont care about you and you shouldnt care about them..All the other car rentals are ususally owned by a small town business man who needs the business, not the big Enterprise corporation. They will lie about whatever they can get away with...just remember you sign their contract you can screw yourself into owing money you dont really because you signed for something you didnt really need.
