Very good service

I had taken my wedding dress to Craig's to be pressed a few days before my wedding.Eric, the owner told me he would hang it in two bags,the train over 1 hanger and the dress on another. When I picked it up I noticed it was in one bag but figured it must be ok since they are business professionals. Besides, there was a 13 years old working the desk so its not like I could complain to him. I waited until 20 min before my wedding to put on my dress so I wasn't lugging it around while getting ready. When I took the plastic off I saw my dress pinned up in 6 different places. When I removed the pins my dress looked like someone unfolded a paper air plane. I also noticed a red stain on the front. With 15 mins until show time I had to Iron my dress on the table. I called Eric to express how upset I was.He simply said sorry and acted like I must be lying. After my husband called back Eric agreed to remove the red stain & press it again. When I picked it up-he was rude and it had not been presse
