At this time I rate them 0. I went to th e store today with my pomchi in his carrying case as we have done several times before with no problem. Although there are no signs on the doors to indicate dogs are not allowed the greeter (?) made me leave.I could understand if the dog was loose or big and menacing. This dog weigh 4.8lbs and is very quiet and friendly. He was enclosed in a carrying case with mess sides for air. You would really have to look to even know he was in there but that isn't the point. NO SIGN! I will never shop in that store again.
