M & R is not a reliable company for your love ones. Some of the staff they have are down right dangerous they are not well trained. If you are lucky enough to get someone good and if they should happen to call out sick they hardly ever have a replacement. You also have to be available and able to train that aid for your needs. If you are working and need a home health aid for a love one this is not the company for you.

I find the business to be very unprofessional. The homemakers show up early or late, don't call to let you know. When the worker is sick or not coming the office doesn't call to let you know. I have had to call the office several times asking where my person was because they hadn't shown up The office then had to call the worker to find out where they were. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. I must say that the workers hard hard working though and do their jobs. It is the office that doesn't have a clue. I have had this service for many years. My choreperson today cane in a half hour late. I was never informed by the office that he was given a new client and that he would be here a half hour late. I find that rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. There have been times that I have made Dr. appointments and had him take me. I am a medicare/medicaid client and have no choice of agencies.
