Massage therapist was semi-professional & awkward. Talking to the therapist felt very uncomfortable. Massages at first were excellent but with follow up sessions I found her work to be very robotic, repeating standard motions and lacking intuition or effort to actually heal bad muscle sores. Therapist avoided my biggest problem area, my neck, which I specifically stated was my primary concern. I expressed exactly which muscles needed attention on a chart and was promised by the therapist that they would make a note of it in my file and be sure to focus on it during the next session. I bought a longer sessions to make sure she would have time to work her normal routine and get my neck. She didn't do my neck at all! I was shocked and appalled at the end of my session.
