I found a bed bug and immediately went into a panic mode. My building management company uses X-Pest and thus they are treating my apartment today (at my expense). So far they seem very knowledgable and have been very easy to work with. They have a generally easy-going attitude and one of the their employees spent several minutes on the phone with me to help me understand the problem and what the options are.So I am only giving three stars now until I see the results.
