Cheryl Plitt, owner of Brighten Realty, moved to Brillion with her husband Jeff and their five children in 1998. They consider themselves part of the fortunate few to have found Brillion as adults. Today, Brighten Realty is helping hundreds of clients find a place they can call home or even a commercial building to start their own business. Brighten Realty serves Brillion, Appleton, Menasha, Reedsville, Sherwood, Chilton, Kaukauna, De Pere, Green Bay, and their surrounding areas. Cheryl Plitt, the principal broker at Brighten Realty began selling real estate as part of a four broker partnership over 35 years ago. For six years, she posted the top sales in the office while working her way through college. Upon graduation, she worked as an engineer for Mercury Marine before becoming a stay-at-home mom.
