Solitude Mountain Resort is a ski resort located in Big Cottonwood Canyon of the Wasatch Mountains near Salt Lake City. At 2,000 vertical feet and spread over 1,200 acres, the resort offers a variety of accommodation, dining and recreational options to visitors. In addition to ice skating and skiing, its guests have access to hiking, mountain biking, disc golfing and fishing for children. It makes special arrangements for weddings, retreats and meetings.
