I chose to buy from US-Mattress because of their 100-day trial period on a mattress. I'm so relived I did! I, unfortunately, chose poorly the first time: a Vi-Spring mattress organic, no fire-retardant or other chemicals to out-gas - which is what I wanted (as I'm chemically-sensitive from working in the office of a plastics factory). However, their soft was still too firm for me and haven't had a good night's sleep since I got it. It felt good in the store, at first, as my last mattress had no support left. Brad, at the Birmingham location was very patient with me from beginning to end and, after better explaining what I liked about my old mattress (plush pillow-top), he led me to one I think will work out better. I'm looking forward to the delivery next week! The delivery guys were both great and handled a difficult situation well second floor over two railings! I want to apologize to them both ahead of time for making them navigate the stairs and balcony again!
