In the Fall of 2015, we decided to use Unilock pavers, Brussels Block Desert Sand, by first choosing from their brochure and then dealing with a company that actually had samples laid out in their display area. We had our landscaper bring samples to the home to match our brick, and make the final decision. Once Unilock sent their product, we were concerned with the color, stopped the project and were told to deal with Unilock Manufacturer Rep, who advised us that the stone would change colors once exposed to the elements and the initial residue removed. We started the project again on the good faith that Unilock represented. Unfortunately, once the project was done, it was not Desert Sand, even though Manufacturer Rep sent us pictures of other projects using Desert Sand (which did not look like ours at all), and someone came out to see our project and advised us it would change colors in 6 months or so, but would not put that in writing. And at that point, they did not follow up with us even though we were unhappy customers. Their claim is customer satisfaction, but they did absolutely nothing to satisfy us, and we are now left with very very gray pavers, against our orange brick, instead of the beige ones we thought we were getting. We are saddened by how Unilock misrepresented their product and now the pavers look awful with our home.
