I love it! I've been going to reflections for a while now. I originally went to another salon and they just couldn't get my ideal hair style. My stylist asked was great, she talked to me and understood what I really wanted done with my hair. since then, I've been going there and it's fantastic. They even help you find the best product for your hair, and if it's not in stock they order it for you specifically. They have great customer service, and I couldn't complain, it's the best salon I've ever been too.

What an awesome experience I had at this beautiful salon! The ladies who work there were so helpful in creating my new look!! Thanks a million ladies!! Can't wait for my next appointment! A real group of professionals!!

Poor customer service. I recently had my hair cut and colored at Reflections and it was a nightmare. The stylist did my highlights improperly, which led to them bleeding out. So instead of having traditional highlights I had blobs of yellow in my hair. The manager/owner had a terrible attitude and informed me that I would have to pay again if I wanted another stylist to correct the problem. (The original stylist would not be available for another week) Finally she relented and had another stylist fix my hair but felt the need to rudely remind me that I would usually be charged for this. The woman who redid my hair even said that the first stylist did a poor job. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I would not recommend Reflections.
