- Sleep DisordersDr. Senja Tomovic, M.D. is a board-certified Otolaryngologist that joined the practice in September 2022. She has a special interest in sleep disorders and hearing disorders, sinus surgery and head and neck cancer. She has been pioneering the use of sialoendoscopy, a minimally invasive approach to salivary gland stones, strictures and duct pathologies. Dr. Tomovic is an Inspire Excellence Program Member. She has helped hundreds of patients with sleep apnea and implanted over 200 patients with the Inspire device.

- Robotic SurgeryThe treatment of obstructive sleep apnea has been a major area of focus in Dr. Hoff’s practice and as an early adapter of Trans Oral Robotic Surgery (TORS), he is providing patients the most current and effective surgical treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. Since 2010 Dr. Hoff has performed over 200 TORS procedures for sleep apnea; this is the largest TORS experience in North America. Dr. Hoff is actively involved in clinical research as he and his team strive to improve treatment for patients with OSA. Dr. Hoff’s team at St. Joseph Mercy and the University of Michigan are now offering the recently FDA approved Inspire hypoglossal nerve stimulator for patients with moderate to severe OSA. back
